The Rezidence Oáza Michle consists of a six-storey residential building with two separate entrances and 60 apartment units. The scope of the residence thus guarantees sufficient privacy and intimacy of living. The project offers layouts from 1 + kitchenette to 4 + kitchenette of various sizes (from 25.88 m2 to 118.69m2), which truly anybody will be able to choose from. The modern, airy layout of apartments, large French windows that provide adequate daylight and terraces with stunning views are an assurance of comfortable and pleasant living. The residence also offers spacious mezzanine apartments with large terraces. The residential building includes a basement storage room with sufficient space. The project also offers 71 indoor parking spaces.
The Oáza Michle project will rise in the heart of the former rural village in the Královské Vinohrady district, in U Michelského mlýna Street along the bends of Botič Creek. The attractive face of the residence corresponds to the wealthy surrounding architecture, while the carefully chosen modern combination of modern materials respects the extensive neighbouring parks, with which it creates a harmonic whole.
Construction will be launched in the Q4 2009 and completion is planned for Q1 2011.
